Before you start the Eagle County Fair & Rodeo Vendor Application please have the following required items ready as you will not be able to save this form and revisit it at a later date.
  • Exact size of space requested
  • Electricity needs
  • Contacts / References from previous events
  • Certificate and Insurance
  • State sales tax license - for any vendor selling items
  • State of Colorado food establishment license - for food vendors
  • Recent photo of booth
  • Product list - for any vendor selling items
